Role description


  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the lubricants market, focusing on identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing them with excellent service and support.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Max Spare lubricant products and their applications to effectively promote them to customers.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights into sales performance. 
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
