MAX SPARE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY



CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Once order placed will not be cancelled without prior written consent from Max Spare Ltd.
  2. Cancellation can be done by email from valid email id of customer within 2 days of placement of order.
  3. The deduction amount, will be vary and it will be depend upon product category and production status at time of cancellation of order.
  4. Amount will be refunded via original method of payment within 05 to 07 working days

MAX SPARE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Item(s) must be returns within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  2. Item(s) must be unused with all original labels.
  3. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
  4. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund will be initiated after 21 days from the date the goods are received by us.
  2. Transaction initiated by anyone, if, does not result into a Success Transaction and Success Transaction receipt is not viewed by the transaction performer then the Transaction will not be considered as a complete transaction. In such scenario, Transaction amount debited from your Bank/Card account will be refunded by your Bank/Card issuing Bank within 3-4 days. In case transaction performer does not view the Success Receipt then he/she needs to re-initiate the transaction or pay through other modes.
  3. Excess bill payments or more than one payment made by any other payment gateway or mode will be adjusted in next bills. No refund will be made in such case.
  4. Jurisdiction: Any controversy, claim or dispute arising between parties in connection with the interpretation and fulfilment of this sales contract will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
    This sales contract is likewise exclusively governed by Indian Law.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry this is our bad) we will happily meet our legal and good natures obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
  2. Replacement of the faulty product will be made as per mutually agreed time frame.
  3. Within 10 working days, merchant will reviewed the damage product received from customer and will be delivered the replacement of product.
  4. If you have purchased a product shipped and sold by MAX SPARE that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, MAX SPARE will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

  1. MAX SPARE undertakes to respect the delivery times indicated in the order confirmations which in any case may not be considered mandatory but are purely indicative.
  2. In the event of a possible written agreement stating an exact delivery time.
  3. MAX SPARE may not be held liable for any possible delays in delivery due to causes of force majeure and/or to any fortuitous and extraordinary events ( such as for example. accidents, strikes, transport delays, natural calamities, difficulty in obtaining the raw material, breakdown in productions plants, etc)
  4. Transportation of the good is always at the expense and total risk of the client, regardless of the methods chosen either for transportation or for payment; even in the hypothesis in which, as a mere act of courtesy, MAX SPARE should directly organize transportation on behalf of the client.
  5. The risks involved will be at the client's own responsibility and MAX SPARE will be expressly exempted from any liability arising from damages due to transportation.
  6. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing
  7. Item(s) shall be delivered as per mutually agreed time frame with the buyer.
  8. Shipping charges shall be levied extra as agreed by the buyer.
  9. Product will be delivered by same day to seven days as per availability of stock
