Role description
• Develop
and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
for V-belt products
• Identify
and on board new distributors, dealers, retailers, and OEM customers in the
assigned area.
• Maintain
strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct
regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and
market trends.
• Promote
product features, applications, and benefits to customers through product
demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiate
pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
• Ensure
timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
• Handle
customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support in coordination with
internal teams.
• Prepare
daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
• Participate
in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
