State of art Laboratory

State-of-the-art laboratory, is one of the best and sophisticated rubber/plastic testing laboratories in India. The advanced testing equipment and tools enable testing of seals from raw material stage to mixing, moulding and finished state. All physical and chemical properties are tested in-house
The laboratory facility is also used for research in the field of rubber and plastic products. With state-of-the-art facilities installed at Max Spare and the expertise developed over the last 60 years, today Max Spare can provide technical as well as scientific advise to the clients.

PPAP Control Chart
Max Spare uses PPAP - Production Part Approval Process to define requirements for the production part approval. This includes production and bulk materials
The purpose of PPAP is to determine if all customer engineering design records and specification requirements are properly understood. The process has the potential to produce products consistently meeting client requirements during an actual production run, at the quoted production rate.
The PPAP documentation is provided whenever a new or modified seal is introduced into production, or if the manufacturing process is changed. If required, sample parts and documentary evidence can be provided showing that the process to meet the specific demands of various customers has been followed.

Oscillating Die Rheometer Specifications:
  • Temperature Range : 100°C - 200 °C.
  • Arc of oscillation : 3° moving die.
  • Frequency : 100 cycles/minute.
  • Graphical analysis with process capability study can be viewed at any time and store in hard disk.

  • The machine measures the inner & outer diameter of oil seal roundness.
  • Measuring the cross section, inner/outer flash and concentricity of the seal
