RE3 cassette seals are highly rigid and are used for robust sealing applications. These seals are fully encapsulated and mail sealing lip is spring energized. The inner portion of the seal is grease filled labyrinth with radial and axial sealing and dirt lips. The grease filling reduces wear and increases the service life.
